Who Ever Would Have Thought?

This afternoon, I attended a writing class led by Linda Apple held at The Garden Bistro in Eureka Springs. The class centered around writing devotionals and parables.I had no clue what would transpire in those few short hours when we had to write a devotional, read to the class and then be critiqued. I wasn’t expecting to write about the death of my husband and my grief for my children especially my son growing up without his dad, but I did, and yes, my eyes welled up with tears, almost unable to finish the story, but I made it through and it gave me another seed on which to water and watch what could transpire into another story.
